How can we pay the balance of our stay?
We accept payment in cash, cheques, paper and connect vacation vouchers, and bank transfers.
We do not have a credit card terminal on site.

How much does the cleaning option cost?
The cleaning option in the caravan or gîte costs 50€ and implies departure at 10am.
ATTENTION: Taking the cleaning option does not exempt you from leaving the accommodation in a decent state.
This implies :
– dishes washed, wiped and put away
– refrigerator, coffee makers, cupboards and drawers emptied
– all remaining food taken away
– garbage cans emptied and taken away
– furniture moved and put back in its place
– garden equipment cleaned and put away
– toilet flushed and sink/basin emptied
Failure to do so or excessive soiling may result in additional charges.

Do you offer table d'hôtes?
We don’t offer table d’hôtes, but an alternative solution with a catering service.

You can pick up your order at the Epicerie de Saoû.
We can take care of returning the containers (chosen in glass for ecological reasons).

Conditions vary according to accommodation.
Roulotte: pets are not allowed
Chambre d’hôtes and gîte: small dog accepted with supplement according to conditions: drinks and eats from HIS bowls, sleeps in HIS basket, does not climb on the bed or sofa, does not bark, is not left in the accommodation without its owners, poop picked up and taken away by you, kept on a leash on the farm. Rate: fixed price €15 for 1 to 3 nights, then €5/night.

We welcome you to our (working) farm and are on site (almost) all the time if you need us.
We remain discreet, however, so that you can enjoy your accommodation and private space in complete privacy.

Where do you park your car?
Parking is available at the entrance to the farm.
◾ Please park your vehicle in the parking lot before the porch , taking care to allow parking for 3 vehicles.
◾ To preserve the tranquility of the site and ensure the safety of children and animals, vehicular traffic is only allowed at the time of unloading and loading, tolerated for large runs from 9am to 8pm for residents in the trailer.
◾ Please remember that there are children and animals in the yard, so please drive very slowly around the farm!

We do not offer guided tours.
However, you are welcome to wander around the farm at your leisure, respecting the privacy of each accommodation.
We ask you not to let young children roam unsupervised, as the farm is full of danger.
Please respect the animals living on the premises, do not enter the pens and do not feed them!

Can we buy products from the farm?
Yes!
◾Vegetables
– Depending on season and availability, vegetable baskets are available.
– You can find Quentin at the Saoû market on Saturday mornings and the Dieulefit market on Friday mornings.
– You’ll also find our vegetables on the shelves of the Saoû grocery store.
◾ Processed products (subject to availability)
– Rillette de brebis in 200gr glass jars: 6.5€ per jar
– Ewe (70%) and pork (30%) terrine in 200g glass jars: 6€ per jar
