Arrival time
Arrival possible from 17:00 to 21:00
Early or late arrivals are sometimes possible, but only by prior arrangement.
In order to welcome you in the best conditions:
◾ Please let us know your approximate arrival time the day before.
◾ Arrival 5pm to 9pm
As we have several accommodations to manage (cleaning, maintenance of the surroundings, repairs....), we thank you in advance for being kind enough to respect the arrival times (from 5pm) and departure times (before 11am, 10am in the gîte if you have taken the cleaning option).
◾Three parking spaces are reserved for our accommodation in the car park on the left just before the porch. Please park in such a way as to leave room for the other two vehicles.

For your comfort, please bring your own slippers (mandatory in the roulotte).
IN GUEST HOUSE FORMULA:
◾ are provided: sheets, tea towels, cleaning products, 1 bag per trash can, 1 washable sponge, micro-fiber cloths, 1 roll toilet paper
◾ are not provided: towels, toilet paper and extra trash bags, groceries, tea coffee (filter coffee maker and capsule nespresso).
IN GUEST ROOMS:
◾ are provided: organic breakfasts, towels, organic coffee capsules, assorted organic teas and herbal teas.
Small fridge, microwave and crockery for picnics in the "Les 3 becs" room.

◾ From Lyon:
A7 freeway, exit no. 16 Loriol sur Drôme, then follow signs for Crest (D104).
Near Crest, head towards Montélimar (D538) for 7 km, then towards Nyons, Bourdeaux, Saoû (D538).
◾ From Marseille:
A7 freeway, exit 18 Montélimar sud. Follow Montélimar-est, then direction Crest to
Puy-Saint-Martin (D6)
1Km after Puy-Saint-Martin, turn right towards Saoû (D136).
◾ From Grenoble:
Freeway A49, exit n°6 Crest – Chabeuil then follow signs for Crest (D538).
Drive around Crest towards Montélimar (D538) for 7 km, then towards Nyons, Bourdeaux, Saoû (D538).
◾ From all 3 directions:
Go through Saoû and follow the direction to Bourdeaux (D538) for 4 km then turn right to Francillon-sur-Roubion (D 197).
Drive around the village, following the signs for “La Montagne” on the right, then the first left.
At the stop sign, turn right again towards “La Montagne” and drive for 4 km (D 197).
On the plateau, in an open space, you’ll see the farmhouse.
Turn left at the sign for “Le Panicaut”.
On the farm, you’ll be greeted by Sogo or Gaïa, our Border Collie dogs. Don’t be afraid, they’re very friendly!

In order to welcome you in the best possible conditions, we invite you to indicate your wishes or preferences as soon as possible.
PREFERENCES
◾ Please let us know if you are intolerant to gluten, lactose, etc. before your stay so that we can adapt your breakfasts.
◾ Please let us know if you have a motor disability so that we can adapt the Angèle gîte and welcome you in the best conditions.

By appointment possibility of infrared sauna.
Sessions of approximately 1 hour, €18 for 1 person, €25 for 2 people.

Price: 1-hour session: €60
In a room of our house, depending on your choice and their availability, you can benefit from the services of one or the other. These services are payable directly to the service provider.

◾ PLATTER OF LOCAL PRODUCE (subject to sufficient notice being given for supplies)
20 €/person: green salad and grilled ravioli, caillette drômoise, pork terrine with chestnuts and ewe terrine with juniper, goat's faisselle + homemade jam / ewe's yoghurt + chestnut cream, homemade cake, homemade bread, + 3.5 € organic craft beer from La Vieille Mule in Poët Laval (blond or amber in 33cl). * prepared with mostly organic produce, our own products and local farm produce from fellow farmers.

Security deposit
For stays in the Angèle gîte and the roulotte, a deposit of €400 is required on arrival.
It will be returned to you at the end of your stay after an inventory of fixtures.
In the event of major breakage, it will be retained until the dispute has been settled with your holiday insurance company.

House rules
◾ Dog not allowed in the roulotte, small, clean and obedient dogallowed only after agreement in the room or gîte flat rate €15 from 1 to 3 nights, €5/additional night.
◾ Please park your vehicle in the parking lot at the entrance to the farm , taking care to allow parking for 3 vehicles.
◾ For guests of the roulotte please do not circulate with your vehicle in the courtyard between 10pm and 9am.
◾ The reception of additional guests during the day is accepted up to a total number of 8 people and on the express condition of having notified the owner and of respecting the calm of the premises and its inhabitants (party forbidden).
◾ For the smooth running of your stay, and that of the people who will follow you, we thank you in advance for not smoking inside the accommodation and for picking up your cigarette butts.
◾Citizen behavior is expected of everyone, especially when it comes to your electricity consumption!
◾ Please park your vehicle in the parking lot at the entrance to the farm , taking care to allow parking for 3 vehicles.
◾ For guests of the roulotte please do not circulate with your vehicle in the courtyard between 10pm and 9am.
◾ The reception of additional guests during the day is accepted up to a total number of 8 people and on the express condition of having notified the owner and of respecting the calm of the premises and its inhabitants (party forbidden).
◾ You can wander around the farm as you wish, as long as you observe the following few rules:
◽ The farm is a wonderful place for children to discover, but it's also full of danger. For their safety, never let your young children roam unsupervised on the farm.
◽ Each accommodation has its own dedicated space. For the privacy and tranquility of all, we ask you not to use the equipment of other accommodations and not to circulate in the space reserved for them.
◽ You may visit the animals without entering their park or feeding them.
◽ The farm is a wonderful place for children to discover, but it's also full of danger. For their safety, never let your young children roam unsupervised on the farm.
◽ Each accommodation has its own dedicated space. For the privacy and tranquility of all, we ask you not to use the equipment of other accommodations and not to circulate in the space reserved for them.
◽ You may visit the animals without entering their park or feeding them.
◾ For the smooth running of your stay, and that of the people who will follow you, we thank you in advance for not smoking inside the accommodation and for picking up your cigarette butts.

End-of-stay cleaning
You haven’t chosen the cleaning option.
It’s up to you! We’re counting on you to :
Turn off heaters, air out, vacuum and wash ALL floors, put furniture back in place.
Empty and clean the garbage cans, take away the bags (containers at the entrance to Saoû).
KITCHEN
– Wash, dry and put away dishes.
– Turn off, empty and clean refrigerator
– Clean oven, microwave, hob, small electrical appliances, dining table, worktops and credenzas
– Empty and rinse coffee makers and kettles
BEDROOM
– Remove sheets and leave folded on beds
– Do not remove protective covers from mattresses and pillows – we will do this for you
– Air and fold comforters on beds
– Air and shake out bed frames
– Don’t forget to vacuum and wash under the beds too!
BATHROOM AND TOILET
– Clean washbasin, shower enclosures and taps with special bathroom descaler and don’t forget to rinse.
– Clean mirror with micro-fibre cloth
– Wash shower tray with black soap and micro-fibre cloth (no abrasive surface) to avoid scratching the stone
– Remove shower curtain for washing
– Clean toilet seats with disinfectant and bowl with toilet cleaner
EXTERIOR
– Replace and clean furniture
– Empty barbecue (put ashes on compost) and clean top grill (do not leave newspaper, wood scraps….)
Please report any breakages, burnt-out bulbs or defective equipment.

Instructions before you leave
CLEANLINESS
1️⃣ DO THE CLEANING means that your accommodation must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.
This means respecting ALL the points set out in the end-of-stay cleaning instructions (see above).
Anything we do that you should have done yourself will be billed at the hourly rate of €25 (cleaning service) and deducted from your deposit.
2️⃣ TAKING THE CLEANING OPTION does not exempt you from leaving your accommodation in a decent state!
This means leaving it in a condition that does not require excessive or thorough cleaning. The cleaning fee is only intended to cover the cost of normal cleaning between bookings, and does not require, among other things, that dishes be washed or redone, wiped and put away!
In concrete terms:
✓ the table and worktops will be cleaned, the floor quickly swept.
✓ dishes (especially pots and pans) will be properly washed, wiped, and put away where you found them.
✓ the dishwasher will be emptied (after a complete and effectively completed wash cycle) and the (clean) dishes put away.
✓ the refrigerator, cupboards and drawers will be emptied of any food or other items.
✓ coffee makers (filter and nespresso) will be emptied and cleaned.
✓ the floor and carpets will not be excessively soiled (quick sweep or vacuum before you leave).
✓ garbage cans will be removed and deposited by you at the containers in the villages of Francillon or Saoû.
✓ displaced furniture will be put back in its place and cleaned of all traces of food (nutella , jam, tomato sauce.... on chairs, furniture...)
✓ displaced garden furniture will be put back in its place and the barbecue emptied.
✓ the toilet will be flushed, the sink and washbasin emptied.
✓ tea towels, crockery, comforters, pillows, cushions, boutis... will not be used for any purpose other than that for which they are normally intended.
Any failure to do so will be subject to additional billing for time spent (€25/hour over 3 hours of cleaning) and/or washing of soiled covers, comforters, boutis, curtains, carpets...(dry cleaning service rate) and will be deducted from your deposit.
